Commitment to Respecting Intellectual Property and Copyright:


1.       Positive Interaction Training Center's Commitment:

·         The Positive Interaction Training Center is committed to respecting intellectual property rights when designing and uploading all digital training courses on its website for e-learning and distance education.

·         The center also undertakes to respect intellectual property rights when designing and uploading any digital content on its electronic systems or on its social media accounts, including texts, images, programs, designs, and more.

2.       Trainers' Commitment to Intellectual Property Rights during Course Development:

·         The Positive Interaction Training Center collaborates with specialized trainers to convert traditional educational materials into electronic courses. In this context, trainers wishing to develop their courses commit to respecting intellectual property and copyright. Before commencing the development of educational content, trainers must sign a pledge and acknowledgment form stating their commitment to creating educational content that respects all intellectual property laws, licenses, copyrights, usage rights, modification rights, and merging rights.

·         Trainers also commit to referencing scholarly sources and resources used in preparing the course. If open educational resources are used, trainers must also ensure compliance with all licenses for open educational resources. Trainers acknowledge that the intellectual property of the developed electronic course by the Positive Interaction Training Center is subject to prior approval by the course trainer and the center's director, and the trainer must comply with the courses assigned to their department.

3.       Trainers' Commitment when Uploading Content to E-Learning Systems:

·         Trainers at the Positive Interaction Training Center acknowledge that any electronic content uploaded to the Learning Management System, whether recorded courses, test question banks, or various educational objects, must respect intellectual property and copyright principles. Trainers also acknowledge that all uploaded educational courses become available to the Positive Interaction Training Center's e-learning and distance education, and can be used for research or training purposes.

4.       Commitment to Data Preservation and Use Policy in E-Learning Systems:

·         The Positive Interaction Training Center provides various systems and programs for learners, such as the WordPress e-learning system, the Zoom virtual classroom system, and others. The use of these programs generates various data, including files uploaded by users of various types and system-generated statistical data on engagement, interaction rates, learner pathways, and responsiveness to course tools and programs.

The handling of this data is subject to a clear policy formulated by the Positive Interaction Training Center, taking into account intellectual property rights, publishing laws, and usage regulations. The purpose is to classify data according to its sensitivity, secrecy level, and associated risks. Mechanisms have been put in place to control and benefit from this data for the benefit of the Positive Interaction Training Center's training system.
