First: Technology Utilization:
Trainers
are trained to use the latest versions of software, modern educational tools,
and technological devices in delivering instructional information to trainees
more efficiently and quickly. This is aimed at achieving comprehensive
understanding and absorption of all information, taking into consideration
individual differences among trainees. Training includes using the electronic
training platform, as well as training on the latest devices such as smart
boards, projectors, and specialized devices and software for both in-person and
remote programs.
Second: Electronic Content Development:
Trainers
are effectively trained on using the electronic training system and how to use
the system tools in explaining throughout the course duration. They are also
trained on creating, developing, and modifying interactive training content
seamlessly. Additionally, they receive training on utilizing support tools and
technical assistance, whether for seeking help when needed or providing support
to trainees.
Third: Training Skills:
Trainers
undergo continuous training on the latest methods, techniques, and training
skills to keep them informed about globally adopted training approaches. They
are also trained on communication skills to effectively interact with trainees
or their parents/guardians.
