Overview of Positive Interaction

Positive Interaction provides online training courses, which include opportunities for interaction between the trainer and trainee, as well as interaction among trainees. It also involves individual assessment of the trainee's work and certification for those who demonstrate proficiency in course topics.

Refund Policy

Refund and Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscription to training courses will not be confirmed until registration is complete, and the subscription fees are paid in full.

If you wish to cancel your subscription to a training course, please contact customer service through our website.

Please submit cancellation requests at least five business days before the scheduled start date of the training course if you want a full refund of the subscription fee.

In case of non-attendance and failure to submit a cancellation request within the specified 5-day cancellation period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

The payment made for a specific training course cannot be retained in your website account for attendance in an alternative training course.

Online Code of Conduct

You agree that you are fully responsible for your use of the site and the materials posted under your username. This includes all content submitted, published, or distributed on the site by you or other users, such as forum posts, edits, comments, questions, videos, and file uploads ("User Contributions"). Certificates, Etc.

Certificates are issued through the "Manar" platform accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation electronically. The issuance of the certificate takes 2-5 business days after completing the course.

The use of positive interaction, and other names of participating entities and trademarks: The name and logo "Positive Interaction" are trademarks. You are not allowed to use any of the Positive Interaction trademarks or any trademarks of the participating entities, or anything similar to them, without prior written consent from the relevant trademark owner. You are not allowed to use any of the trademarks of the participating entities, or anything similar to them, for promotional purposes, or in any way that may intentionally or unintentionally claim, suggest, display, or give the impression of a relationship or endorsement by these entities, according to the sole discretion of the relevant entity.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Any content on this website should not be interpreted as granting, implicitly or explicitly, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the site without obtaining prior written permission from the relevant trademark owner.
