Interaction provides outputs from each project to its clients, and these
outputs may be in the form of a comprehensive guide or a section of the guide.
It includes the following points:
·
Guidance Manual:
It is a comprehensive guidance book
focusing on management. It is specialized for employees working within or
alongside the management. The guide includes job descriptions for employees to
perform their tasks and meet the required standards. Guidance manuals provide
guidance for work according to company policies, procedures, process maps,
guidelines, specifications, and templates.
·
Policies:
Policies are designed to impact or
define all key decisions and procedures, and all activities taking place within
the boundaries set by the executive management.
·
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
These are specific methods used to
express policies in the day-to-day operational procedures of the institution.
They are documented instructions for operating the process and assist in
providing services for tasks and duties.
·
Instructions:
These are binding decisions related to
specific subjects directed at relevant parties or individuals. Any employee
must not violate these instructions.
·
Process Map (Flowcharts):
A visual summary (graphic algorithm)
of the decisions made, such as production, storage, transportation, and flows
(movement of information and materials) that constitute a process or operation
from start to finish. It is a flowchart that illustrates how the system works,
where errors and waste occur. This information is used to identify, document,
study, and improve the system.
·
Guidelines:
Aimed at facilitating the
understanding of specific procedures in order to save time and effort for
company employees and their clients.
·
Specifications:
The precise statement of requirements
to be met or essential characteristics required by the client and that the
seller must provide. Specifications are usually written in a way that enables
both parties to measure compliance.
