To build trainees' knowledge about the components of the occupational safety and health infrastructure within an organization and provides awareness and knowledge of the benefits and returns of using the principles, requirements, and foundations of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in organizations according to the international ISO 45001:2018 standard.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

            Establish a vision, managing policies, and methodologies that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational processes while reducing incidents, imminent hazards, and their associated impacts.

            Understand the Structural alignment with the ISO 45001/2018 international standard.

            understand principles and fundamentals of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018.

            Analyze internal and external environmental hazards within the organization to determine the "work context."

            Develop safety and occupational health policies and objectives for the organization.

            Design and build organizational processes based on risk-based thinking.

            Understand requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 international standard, including planning, support, execution, measurement, and improvement.

            know how to conduct internal audits of the safety and occupational health system within the organization in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 19011 international standard.
