Portfolio Management (PfMP) ®
To provide participants with the
required knowledge of the components, importance and challenges of implementing
enterprise-level project portfolio management (PPM) based upon their
organization’s strategic business goals, Portfolio management
ensures that an organization can leverage its project selection and execution
success. It refers to the centralized management of one or more project
portfolios to achieve strategic objectives. Portfolio management is a way to
bridge the gap between strategy and implementation.
