This program provides collections of information, and necessary basic skills to establish and develop the culture of happiness in the establishments and benefit from the competitive advantage of The Happy Organizations to achieve the possible highest level of employee’s productivity and services, and client’s happiness, and reach to Organizational success.

This program aims to prepare trainees specially those who recently join work environment, whereas the program supplies the trainees with the most important advice and basic principles which honed their successful and efficient occupational skills in the work environment which will happen only through the analytical of high occupational behavior. Through this program the trainee reaches the stage of capability to achieve the maximum possible benefit in work environment.
