Team motivation is crucial to successful goal achievement and is influenced by factors such as team performance, leadership style, equity and equality, and effective dialogue. Besides, listening and communication skills play a big role in motivating the team, and internal and external pressures must be considered. To ensure the success of the motivation process, trust and commitment within the Group need to be strengthened through the activation of the accountability system and the adoption of effective strategies.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
