Participants will understand the framework and methodology required to achieve excellence in organizations, apply mechanisms for measuring organizational performance, and recognize the role of organizational change management. They will acquire the necessary cognitive and behavioral skills to effectively employ continuous improvement tools within the Kaizen strategic methodology.
