These have posed a threat to the ability of financial institutions to compete, which relies on the trust of customers in the capabilities, knowledge, and skills of the human element managing the establishment. Therefore, it has become imperative for organizations to enhance the skills and develop their employees in this regard.

Training and equipping employees in the field of financial fraud prevention have become one of the most important and effective means, given the alarming increase in the number and amounts of crimes targeting the banking and finance sectors and those working within them.
