motivation is crucial to successful goal achievement and is influenced by
factors such as team performance, leadership style, equity and equality, and
effective dialogue. Besides, listening and communication skills play a big role
in motivating the team, and internal and external pressures must be considered.

the Group need to be strengthened through the activation of the accountability
